Report of the Attorney General on Ordinance No 15 of 1884
Attorney General's Office,
16th May, 1884.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "The Stamp Ordinance, 1884" and am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
The object of this Ordinance is to consolidate existing legislation; the working Ordinance being formed in one part of the Statute Book, and the working Schedule in another.
